Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original tags, labels, and purchase invoice must be provided.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alterations cannot be returned.
• Sale, promotional, or clearance items are not eligible unless they are defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Visit your nearest Kamaleswari Tex showroom with the item and original invoice.
2. Our customer service staff will inspect the product.
3. After approval, an exchange or store credit will be processed according to our policy.

Exchange Process

• Exchanges are available for size, colour, or another product, subject to stock availability.
• If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
• If the replacement item costs less, store credit may be provided.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours. After verification, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Cut fabrics and custom-measured materials.
• Altered or customised garments.
• Undergarments and innerwear.
• Products damaged after purchase due to improper handling.
• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Refund Policy

Kamaleshwary Tex does not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds are only provided for defective products or where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
